When the Board received comments that attendees would like to have a dedicated Centrex track at the Conference, we acted on those suggestions and introduced a certification track for Centrex users who are responsible for managing the millions of Centrex lines in service. The sessions were well received and met the needs of those attendees. In 2010, we will continue to offer the Centrex track within the Conference and Trade show so:

• If you are a Centrex user, the ITPX would be your Conference to Network and Learn from other users.
• If you are implementing or thinking of implementing a C.O. Based or stand-alone IP or VoIP solution, the ITPX would be your conference to exchange ideas and learn from others who have implemented the technology.
