Global Knowledge Session. The morning session will take a look at Unified Communications and details of the different technologies involved with UC. This session wraps up with a discussion of some of the top vendors of UC solutions. The afternoon session will present the differences between Hosted, Managed, and Stand-Alone VOIP solutions along with the pros and cons of each strategy. Mixing strategies across the enterprise will be discussed as will some of the major vendors of these solutions.
