ACCOMMODATIONS
 The fabulous Flamingo Las Vegas has been selected as the site for the 2012 Conference and Trade Show. The ITPX/NCUG has negotiated the excellent rate of $95.00/night, per guestroom, single or double occupancy. The guestrooms are the upgraded, designer GO rooms. Rates are subject to Clark County Room tax. If you have other business in Las Vegas, the Conference rates will be extended (three) 3 days prior to and three (3) days past the actual Conference dates of April 23rd-26th, 2012.  To reserve your room please call the Flamingo at 1-888-373-9855 and to get the Conference rate Identify your reservation code as SFTE11. The cutoff date for booking rooms at the Conference rate is Friday, March 9th, 2012. Please note the hotel sold out for the conference rates in 2011. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. |
