image PRESIDENT / Joan Moyer
Joan Moyer began her career in Telecom at General Telephone Company of Florida in Tampa, and then moving to the position of Telecommunications Manager at the University of South Florida. Returning to Canada after 20 years in Florida, Joan worked for the Government of Ontario handling large (> $1M) projects implementing telecom systems in new government buildings and City wide consolidations. In 1986 Joan moved to the former Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, the 5th largest government in Canada, as Telecommunications Manager. When the Municipality amalgamated in 1998 with six local cities, Joan became the Telecommunications Manager for the newly amalgamated City of Toronto, the 6th largest city in North America. Joan left the City of Toronto in 2007 to take on new telecommunication challenges for a tax company. During her tenure at the University of south Florida, Joan was a member of ACUTA. Joan was on the Board of the Canadian Business Telecommunications Alliance serving as Vice President, and was the President of the National Centrex Users Group and Canadian President of the DMS Centrex Users Group.
image SECRETARY & TREASURER / Jacquelyn Smiley
Jacki is the Telecommunications Analyst for the Department of Transportation at the State of Minnesota. She is currently involved in the transition of 5,000 lines to VoIP throughout the State. She has worked for the State of Minnesota for 19 years in various telecommunications posts. Prior to the State Jacki worked for the Bell System and AT&T for 15 years. She has been involved with formally the NCUG and currently the ITPX since 1993.
image DIRECTOR, MEMBERSHIP / Gwendolyn Campbell
Gwendolyn Campbell has joined the Board of Directors as the Director of Membership. Gwendolyn is a Telecommunications Administrator for State of Washington with over 25 years of Information Technology experience. Currently, she manages and coordinates a mix of statewide telecommunication services for Department of Ecology - one of the Governor's Cabinet-level Agencies. Her focus and responsibility is not only on Centrex services, but all aspects of voice services with special emphasis on customer support and satisfaction. As her technical duties permit, Gwendolyn also enjoys training employees and making presentations to groups. She attended her first National Centrex Users Group Conference in 1992 and since then has held the positions of Member-at-Large for the (Washington) State Telecommunications Association (STA) and Director of Education for the Telecommunications Association (TCA).

Cleveland Beverage has been with AT&T for over 26 years. He as held many positions from Sales, Sales support, to Product development. Cleveland is currently responsible for the Centrex product offering and planning. AT&T Inc. is a premier communications holding company in the United States and around the world, with operating subsidiaries providing services under the AT&T brand. AT&T is the recognized world leader in providing IP-based communications services to businesses and the U.S. leader in providing wireless, high speed Internet access, local and long distance voice, and directory publishing and advertising through its Yellow Pages and YELLOWPAGES.COM organizations. He has been active member with National Centrex User Group, and currently the ITPX since 1999. He is a charter member of the ITPX advisory board.
Conveyant / Tim Kenyon
Tim Kenyon, President of Conveyant Systems, Inc., has played a significant role in the definition of attendant console applications in a wide variety of vertical markets on a global scale. With Tim at the helm and with over 24 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Conveyant Systems has become the leader in attendant console development. Conveyant was one of the first of the PC Console manufacturers in the Centrex market and they currently have over 6000 systems shipped globally. His extensive experience in healthcare, government, higher education, hospitality, public safety and large business, has lead Conveyant Systems to establish themselves as a true market leader in attendant console development for the worldwide market.

Over the years Tim has had an opportunity to stretch his abilities and talents in many diverse directions. He has worked in the radio field at one of the top radio stations in LA and has taught telecommunications at the local technical college. He has had the distinguished opportunity to be a member of the advisory council for the International Telecommunications Professional Exchange, active in the Nortel Developers Partner Program, and several local clubs. He has been an instructor for the Northeast Georgia High Adventure team as a COPE instructor, which is a challenge course/team building program and is now active in overseeing four different Boy Scout and American Heritage Girls Scouting programs. His natural leadership skills have been the passion behind his many accomplishments both professionally and personally.
image GENBAND / Mitch Simcoe
Mitch Simcoe has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He started his career with Bell Canada in the Technology development group standardizing first generation fiber optics products. He later joined Nortel and has assumed numerous roles in Sales, Marketing and Product Management roles in a variety of product groups including voice switching, broadband access and optical networking. He recently joined GENBAND is and currently Senior Manager of Product Marketing for the A-series of application servers and is now responsible for promoting GENBAND’s strategy for communication enabled applications. He received a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and a MBA (Marketing) from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Over 40 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry working as a Senior Systems Engineer for NY Telephone and AT&T with responsibilities for World Wide Broadcasting Services and RCDD planning, Senior Manager for Canon USA with responsibilities for Voice and Data Services in the "Americas", contract negotiation, vender management and construction planning and as a Service and Technical Service Manager for Verizon's Premier Global Fortune 100 accounts.
