In 2009, the former National Centrex Users Group was integrated back into the ITPX as a separate educational track meeting the needs of the Technology Professionals managing the 10+ million Centrex lines in services in the United States and Canada. We are now known as the ITPX/NCUG.

General Breakout sessions are approximately one hour in length, including Q and A. Presentations are scheduled as plenary sessions, whereby no other activity is taking place, or concurrent sessions. During the concurrent sessions up to three (3) sessions run may concurrently. The six (6) Tuesday afternoon concurrent sessions are generally reserved for Exhibitors. The six (6) Wednesday afternoon sessions are open to the entire Conference attendees. Acceptable sessions are selected on a first come first serve basis.

Sessions are to be of interest to attendees, address Communications, Solutions, or Integration issues and are not to be a "Sales Pitch". Please note that attendees have consistently given highest rating for sessions which include an end user as part of the presentation.

  5. Session Description: Please provide 3-4 sentences which will describe what attendees will learn and come away with, from this session. Also indicate if this session is advanced, intermediate, or at a beginner level.
  6. Please provide a brief bio of the presenter(s), which will be used to introduce the presentation.
  7. Audio/Visual Requirements: Presenters are required to bring their own Laptop. The ITPX will provide a microphone and lectern in the presentation room.

  8. We are pleased to invite Presenter(s) to attend the entire Conference and Trade Show. A complimentary registration is provided for the day of the presentation only. If the Presenter(s) wish to attend the full conference and Trade Show they are required to register as an Associate Member or End User Member, depending on their Corporate affiliation according to the Membership descriptions.

Terms & conditions
All speakers submitting a proposal agree and/or acknowledge that:

  1. Every effort will be made to select general session time slots for presenters who are also Exhibitors. The effort will be made to have the presentation scheduled on dates or times before the Exhibit Hall closes. However, times and space if given on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. Each presenter selected will provide an electronic copy of their presentation (if applicable) no later than three (3) weeks prior to the start of the Conference - March 29, 2010.
  3. The event organizers have the right to publish modified session titles and information provided at their sole discretion, including photos of selected presenters.
  4. Presentations will be posted on the ITPX website after the Conference and Trade Show.
  5. Industry Professionals are required to register and pay to attend the Conference and Trade Show. While not a sales presentation, this speaking engagement is an opportunity to increase awareness of the product or service. End User presenters are entitled to a discount on the registration costs.
