The ITPX/NCUG has international members from the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Japan. Membership is open to all end users of telephony services/equipment and all providers, manufacturers, vendors and consultants of telephony related service and equipment. The ITPX/NCUG offers two (2) levels of membership: End User Membership and Associate Membership.

End User Members are Telecommunication Professionals (voice and data) who represent companies from both the public and private sectors. End users can be employees of companies that provide telecommunication services or equipment on the condition their participation is solely end user related. End User membership is free to all applicants.

Associate Members are Industry professionals who represent companies that provide, manufacture and/or consult on telecommunication related services and equipment. Associate membership is free to all applicants.
