MISSION STATEMENT

The International Telecommunication Professionals Exchange (ITPX) is an international end users' educational forum providing a unique users' group environment focusing on innovative and emerging hosted/managed network solutions. Our Mission is education for Technology Professionals by providing information that will allow them to incorporate the absolute best solution(s) into their employer's and/or customer's enterprise. This is accomplished through an end-user run yearly Conference and Trade Show, with an emphasis on educational sessions, showcasing new technologies in the Exhibit Hall, and the opportunity to network with their peers from across the globe. Through this annual event and other methods throughout the year, we work to ensure that our members become the absolute best telecommunications professional. In 2009, the former National Centrex Users Group was integrated back into the ITPX as a separate educational track meeting the needs of the Technology Professionals managing 10+ million Centrex lines in services in the United States and Canada. We are now known as the ITPX/NCUG.

PURPOSE

ITPX/NCUG provides an intimate, strategic, cohesive community comprised of decision makers, end users, influencers, planners, and implementers. We offer opportunities for networking, education and needs assessment supported by the industry's leading telecommunication service providers, manufacturers, vendors and subject matter experts.

• Influence the provision and development of telecommunication services and express your opinions and concerns through open dialogue, panel discussions and relationships with end users, switch manufacturers, service providers, and vendors.
• Educational opportunities through access to current information on products, solutions, enabling technologies, white papers, past presentations, and live Subject Matter Experts via the annual conference and the ITPX/NCUG and affiliated websites.

GOAL

The ITPX provides educational opportunities that cover all possible telecommunication solutions. We realize that in today's complex Telecommunications Marketplace, there are now a variety of ways in which services and equipment can be combined to provide the absolute best telecommunication solution. Our end goal is not only to provide Technology Professionals with information that will allow you to incorporate the absolute best solution(s) into your employer's and/or customer's enterprise, but to also ensure that you too can become the absolute best telecommunications professional.
