The ITPX/NCUG website does not automatically gather personal information about you. We will only collect this type of information if you voluntarily supply it. If you provide us your personal information, it will only be used or disclosed for the purposes for which it was collected.

• Registration forms. Our site uses forms so that individuals/companies can register for ITPX events, membership and sponsorship/exhibiting opportunities. We collect site visitors' contact information (like name, address, email) and financial information (like credit card number). Contact information is used for administrative purposes. Users who register for an ITPX event may receive notification of future events, opportunities or information that may be of interest. Financial information collected is used only to bill the user for services purchased.
• Information voluntarily supplied by email, by facsimile and/or by telephone.
• Data that users provide through participation in optional surveys.

The ITPX/NCUG discloses the annual attendee list for the ITPX conference and trade show to Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Exhibitors and sponsors. This list contains: Attendee name, company, address, city, state/province, country, phone number, fax number and email address.
