We are a not-for-profit, end user run organization providing an intimate, strategic, cohesive community comprised of decision makers, end users, influencers, planners, and implementers. Through our Annual Conference and Trade Show, with over 20 educational sessions, presented by our Exhibitors and Industry experts, and an Exhibit Hall showcasing leading Technology solutions, we offer opportunities for networking, education and needs assessment supported by the industry's leading telecommunication service providers, manufacturers, vendors and subject matter experts.

In 2009, the former National Centrex Users Group was integrated back into the ITPX as a separate educational track meeting the needs of the Technology Professionals managing 10+ million Centrex lines in services in the United States and Canada. We are now known as the ITPX/NCUG. Centrex services are a separate track within the Conference educational programs.

We have been producing an annual Conference and Trade Show since 1989.
